Production and Delivery
Each Mudora tile begins as natural terracotta clay, which is shaped, dried, and kiln-fired. Our artisans then refine every tile through a multi-step process, applying handcrafted designs using lead-free inks.
No. Every order is custom made based on your chosen design, colours, and quantity. For larger orders (typically over 1,000 tiles), production may be scheduled in batches while maintaining consistency across the project.
Production timelines vary depending on the order size and level of customisation. As a guide, an order of approximately 500 tiles typically takes around 10 working days to produce.

Our tiles are carefully packed in sets of two or four using protective packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
